RoboCut, both the software and the Robot itself, are connected to the internet. If a problem should arise there is usually a simple solution. Almost all issues are handled via a remote login service that allows our technicians to access your controls as though they were standing there with you. There is no need to pay the high costs typically associated with flying a technician out and putting them up in a hotel. Even more importantly this eliminates almost all downtime since most issues are handled immediately.
