VeinMatch uses alignment marks to guarantee that you can cut the job the way it was laid out. When taking pictures of your slabs, three stickers are placed in a triangle pattern. Then when laying pieces out in VeinMatch, users will use the "Add Alignment Mark" tool and place the marks over the image of the sticker. These marks will get drawn into the separate DXF files produced for each slab. Then, when the file is sent to a Vision System, Laser or Plotter, the alignment marks must be lined back up to match and the pieces will be cut the way you laid them out.
