VeinMatch gives you and your customers the ability to preview the placement of all pieces of a job and shows the final overall look of a job before you ever place a slab on the cutting table. This is useful for several reasons:
Placement - How many times have you taken the exorbitant amount of time to tape out a layout only to cut it and have the seams not line up? Using VeinMatch first takes all the time away and allows you to do a layout in minutes. It also shows you how the pieces will come together to form the final job showing EXACTLY how your seams will line up. No more measuring, no more tape and most importantly no more guesswork.
Customers - Even though you may be an expert on envisioning how a layout will look after you tape it out, your customers are not. VeinMatch gives your customers the confidence in your company and makes them comfortable with how their job will look when its installed. You will no longer have to explain why an install doesn't look like it was promised to and eliminates any negotiation of their final payment.
Productivity - VeinMatch gives you the option to do your layouts before the slab ever gets placed on the cutting table. Using a three-point alignment system you are able to place your pieces and then save a new DXF file for each particular slab. When your RoboCut operator opens the file he must simply move and rotate the file to align the three points. The job is then ready to cut.
